“KYC” stands for “Know Your Customer,” and it’s a legal requirement that keeps SureShot safe and compliant. Think of it as our pre‑game warm‑up:

  • Why KYC matters: It helps prevent fraud, protects minors from playing, and complies with state regulations.

  • When it happens: You’ll be prompted for verification before your first withdrawal deposit.

  • What you’ll need:

    • A government‑issued ID (driver’s license or passport)

    • The last four digits of your Social Security number (for U.S. players) or your SIN (for Canadians)

    • A recent utility bill or official document showing your name and address (in some cases)

How to verify:

  1. In the SureShot app, go to the Account tab on lower right, and click Deposit.

  2. Follow the prompts to complete the form.

  3. You should be verified instantly. If there are any typos you will be able to edit and resubmit the form.

  4. If you run into any issues please contact SureShot support
